Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of confirmation during business hours

Bespoke orders take 2–4 weeks

5. Resizing

One free resize within 120 days (up to two sizes up/down)
Additional resizes may incur a fee

6. Returns & Refunds

Bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days in original condition
