Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee

At Steven Charles Quance, we take immense pride in the bespoke jewellery we create. Every item is handmade to order with care and precision by our master craftsmen.

Each piece is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it leaves our workshop in pristine condition.

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee on every item. If a fault ever occurs as a result of the manufacturing process, we will repair your jewellery free of charge.

What’s Covered

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship faults for the lifetime of the piece.

What’s Not Covered

• Accidental damage
• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by mistreatment, improper storage, or third-party repair
• Normal wear and tear

While our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, all fine jewellery should be cared for properly. If your piece becomes damaged, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible.

Our master craftsman will assess the item and determine whether the issue falls under the manufacturing guarantee. If your repair is not covered, we’ll always inform you of any potential costs before proceeding.
