Delivery

Free delivery across the United Kingdom.

All items ordered from Steven Charles Quance are bespoke and made to order.

Your order will be delivered within 3–4 weeks of ordering via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service).

You will be required to sign for your delivery. It is therefore important that you are available to receive the delivery in person.

If you need to make alternate arrangements, such as having your item delivered to a business address, please specify this at the time of ordering. For any questions regarding delivery, contact us at info@stevencharlesquance.com. We may ask for proof of identity before shipping.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Returns

At Steven Charles Quance, we take great pride in ensuring your bespoke, handcrafted jewellery is of the highest quality. However, as with all handmade products, a slight margin for error is to be expected.

Bespoke items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If you have any concerns upon receipt of your item, please contact us before returning it, so we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue.

If you are asked to return an item for review by our craftsman, or for resizing, please follow these instructions:

• Repack your item securely using the original packaging, if possible.
• Address your parcel to:
  S Quance, 5 Warstone Lane, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6JE.
• For security, do not write “jewellers” or “Steven Charles Quance” on the packaging.
• Use Royal Mail Special Delivery and ensure the item is fully insured during transit.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item. For resizing, you have 120 days from the date of delivery to return the item.
